Do you want to lead the cross-functional agile teams, with the focus on coaching the teams in agile methods?
Scania is under a transformation with more on focus speed, flexibility, and flow. To manage that the company organizes the development work in an agile setup. The journey has started and we need leaders to secure that the transformation goes as smoothly as possible. One key role to make it happen is the scrum master and perhaps you are the perfect match for this role.
Who are we?
The section ”Chassis Layout and Installation” is responsible for the installation of components assembly on the truck chassis. The scope is broad since it includes installation and layout for trucks with conventional combustion engine, hybride and full electric vehicles. Installation of parts for autonomous trucks is also included in our scope.
The role
As a scrum master at Scania you will be leading the cross-functional agile teams, with the focus on coaching the teams in agile methods, and continuously handling the team's capacity, ability, and planning. You will also manage risks, obstacles, and dependencies with the other agile teams working with the same new product solution. The aim is to build cross-functional autonomous team that can handle most of their work by themself and the scrum master will have a vital role to secure that.
The role and process are not 100% set within Scania, so you will also have the possibility to contribute to the new way of working.
Who are you?
We are looking for a person that is driven, and value teamwork and openness. You should also be flexible, prestigeless, humble, and have a clear communication style. You can communicate fluently in English, both in writing and in speaking. It is meritorious if you can communicate in Swedish as well. You should have the ability to set up a structure for yourself and the team and act quickly when reprioritization or replanning is needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor or Master's in engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant industry.
• Knowledge from product development, preferable from the automotive industry
• Experience from the agile way of working, preferable scrum master experience
