We are looking for a passionate Scrum Master that coach and challenge one of our product teams in delivering outstanding business value. You will join the Procurement product cluster within the Production Planning & Procurement area of Digital. We make data instantly available and workflows highly automated while minimizing time spent on transactional purchasing activities. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously. We ensure high quality and adaptability in our delivery. Of course, we have fun together while doing it. What you’ll do
You will act as a servant leader for the team by driving and organizing the team events and supporting the team in delivering value to customers. By living the Volvo Cars Agile Framework, you will facilitate Scrum events, such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, sprint plannings, reviews and retrospectives, PI events and other team workshops or activities. As a vital leader you will coach the team on agile tools and practices, enhance collaboration, and help the teams’ open mind blossom. You will assess the maturity of the teams and help to mitigate risks as well as removing, escalating and tracking impediments.

You and your skills
We are looking for a person with servant leadership and software product development experience. We believe you have ability to create an environment that foster high performing teams. You should have the ability to drive and create commitment. It is important that you have integrity and a change management mind-set. You are used to working will multiple stakeholders and have the capability to facilitate workshops and perform activity & story mapping exercises. As a person you are solution and delivery oriented with a strong drive and problem-resolution approach. You are culture and people driven, with a team before me mind-set.
