Description

The scope of the consultant is to design and drive the agile work in one business development initiative. The client will start with two develop streams in a multi-vendor setup.

Work tasks:

- Manage the release trains
- Manage prioritization workshops
- Be the bridge between the business and the development teams
- Running big room planning
- Run scrum of scrums
- Design the ways of working
- Securing that decided WOW is followed


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Manage big roomplanning and workshops Senior (4-7 year´s work experience)
- Driving agile process development Senior (4-7 year´s work experience)
- Agile methods and implementation Senior (4-7 year´s work experience)


Preferred competence and experience:

- Previous experience of working in a complex global environment managing many stakeholders.
