Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.Connectivity at Scania is one of the keys to Scania's “driving the shift” strategy. At Connectivity, we work with the enabling solutions with a span from OnBoard, via Telecom to the Scania OffBoard platform.  

 

Your Assignment 

You will be a part of a team that works on development projects within the map and position-based solutions. You will take part in ensuring that our solutions have the right robustness, performance , and scalability to support Scania’s customers to be truly digital. Our functions support use cases such as in-vehicle navigation, intelligent speed assist, zone management, online maps, and autonomous vehicles.  

Our team is looking for a scrum master and an experienced embedded developer with C++ coding as a tool. We work with a DevOps responsibility and take pride in providing high-quality services to our users. As a scrum master,  you would be leading the team as well as being a senior developer in the team. 

You will work in a well-established team. We work according to SAFe and you will be a part of the team that ensures the whole department’s delivery.  

 

Who you are 


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. A strong understanding of IoT/connectivity and the electrical systems of heavy vehicles is highly advantageous. 
• You have worked with C++. Experience in embedded development is a strong merit. Experience in the automotive business and technologies like CAN, Adaptive autosar is also a strong merit. 
• You have an interest in leading teams. You take joy in seeing your team succeed and have an interest in group dynamics. Previous experience as a Scrum Master or similar leadership is a strong merit. 
• You are a team player with the ambition to develop both yourself and the team. You are an open-minded person with strong communication skills. 
• You take responsibility for what you do and communicating in English is easy for you.
