Background
Alfa Laval is currently on a digital transformation journey. As part of this transformation we have created a global organization (100+ people) to update our digital product lifecycle management, configuration and supply chain capabilities to better fulfill our customer needs. We are setting ourselves up to work agile, based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) framework. During 2021 we are gradually onboarding new teams and for this reason we are looking for scrum masters.
About the job –
The Scrum Master’s primary responsibility is assisting self-organizing, self-managing teams to achieve their goals. The Scrum Master also work with the extended Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the teams. In the scrum master role you will be working with 2-3 teams of 5-10 people in each.

* Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals
* Facilitates events
* Promotes SAFe quality practices
* Supports SAFe adoption
* Leads team efforts in relentless improvement
* Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership
* Supports the Product Owner
* Facilitates the removal of impediments
* Coordinates with other scrum masters and agile coaches.
* Enables organizational effectiveness
* Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events
Who you are
To succeed in this role you are structured and driven, with the ability to see the big picture. You are collaborative and adaptable, able to interact with all kinds of people. You also need to be comfortable in not being the subject matter expert, more focusing on driving the process with a lean agile mindset.
What you know
Relevant academic background and a prior experience from IT delivery or software development, and/or an agile way of working. Experience from Microsoft Azure Devops is an advantage.
