Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is experienced in Scrum Master and Agile Coach software product development environment and Help assess Teams/ARTs performance and Agile maturity.

What you'll do:
● Handling Agile/Scrum practices and values, whilst strongly serving the Product Owner and Development team in their efforts to delight customers.
● Continuously challenge the ways of working to ensure continuous improvement within the team.
● Help educate the team in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed.
● Develop a relationship with the business such that the team and the business act as one unit.
● Supporting the Product Owner, especially for grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
● Contribute to the development work within the team such as software development, databases, tests, or other aspects of life cycle management.
Who you are:
● Experience doing Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
● Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have Experience working with distributed IT teams located in multiple time-zones and in complex environments with onsite-offshore model.
● Have proven experience with Atlassian software suites such as JIRA and Confluence.
● Have a structured approach to work, with the ability to plan and organize projects.
