The offer
As a Scrum Master, you’ll take part in building a data warehouse to serve as a common data repository for business data, fulfilling the analytical and reporting needs of Treasury over time. You will also lead one of our development scrum teams and work closely with the Business to gather requirements.
In TALM (Treasury Asset and Liability Management) IT Solutions, we support GFIT (Group Functions IT) business partners with sustainable IT solutions and effective IT services for development and maintenance. The solutions are mainly supporting the trading process, risk and compliance reporting, liquidity risk management, market risk management and funds transfer pricing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Organise sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team where you coach the team to reach higher levels of maturity.
- Ensure that the project delivers according to backlog priorities.
- Support the Product Owner and the development team to deliver valuable business improvements on the solution.
- Support and coach the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.
- Have a 360-innovative view of what is to be achieved and help with the prioritization of requirements.

You:
Have good cognitive and analytical skills, and can work with complex issues on an abstract level. Able to adopt a long-term perspective and combine that with insightful action with the ability to 'make things happen'. Are known for being both organised and productive in an agile work environment. Are an excellent communicator, able to both facilitate dialogue and drive decisions when necessary. Are a good leader.
Your background:
4 years of experience as Scrum Master. Data warehousing experience is important. Strong Leadership skills Excellent documentation skills. A high degree of relevant business understanding, particularly in analysis of real world business problems, and a background within banking. Professional skills in written and spoken English
