Location – Stockholm, Sweden

Your role
The current team are working in an Agile, SAFe development environment. The team is made up of developers, testers and a shared services team to support the environments. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for supporting single/multiple teams working for the program. You will facilitates the team interactions and meetings, enforces the rules in a scrum, and helps drive the teams efforts to continuously improve. Enable the team to self organize, self manage and predictably deliver via effective Lean Agile practices.


Responsibilities
· Exhibits the behaviours of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset. Helps the team embrace SAFe Core Values, adopt and apply SAFe Principles, and implement SAFe practices.
· Take care DOR, DOD and acceptance criteria
· Support the teams meet 100% sprint commitments by helping reduce the Impediments.
· Consistence reporting of any risk or concerns helping the team maintain its velocity.
· Continuous metrics reporting to Manager for Burndown, Velocity Variance, Story completion, Point completion etc.
· Apply systems thinking to optimize the system.
Required
· Swedish Language (Understand, Speak and Write) along with 5-6 yrs of Scrum Master Experience.
· Knowledge / experience in Insurance domain.
· Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the Team / ART / Solution Train(s) using various tools, such as the Team / Program / Solution Kanbans and other information radiators
· Encourage collaboration between teams and System & Solution Architects/Engineering/Marketing/Q&R etc. (e.g. continuous delivery pipeline, Lean UX and DevOps)
· Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as Sprint / PI Planning readiness, by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning meetings
· Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings, including the Scrum of Scrum / ART sync at the Program level and the Value Stream sync for Solution Trains
· Works with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. Assists tracking the execution of features and capabilities Coaches different stakeholder groups (leaders / Product Owners / teams / Scrum Masters) in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
· Help manage risks, dependencies and conflicts and escalates and tracks impediments in alignment with Software Leaders
· Provides transparency and radiates status to all relevant stakeholders (e.g. RTE / Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)) and supports related activities
· Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assesses the agility level of the Team / ART / Solution Train and helps them improve
· Foster built-in quality and predictability practices
Preferred
· Swedish Language (Understand, Speak and Write)
· Certified SAFE Scrum Master, SAFE Agilist
· BE, BTech or MTech, M.S./M.Sc.
· Minimum experience of 8+ years in Software Development (e.g. diverse projects, development, testing, delivery, SW project management, SAFe RTE)
· Minimum experience of 3 years as a SCRUM Master in a scaled environment, or in an agile role
· Experience in leading an agile development teams responsible for new platform creation
· Skilled with various Agile project management tools like JIRA, TFS, ServiceNow
