Assignment Description:
Our team is looking for a Scrum Master who will be coaching the teams towards increasing team maturity, value-flow and taking lead in continuous improvements. Along with that, helping the team to adhere to given processes and to, within given frames, encourage the team to try new ways of working and ensures that the team visualize status for activities.
What you'll do:
● Working in the SAFe framework, with PI planning and SAFe ceremonies, to change both structurally and around lean agile mindset and how we create value.
● Work to coach the team in continuous improvements and create conditions for competence dissemination and learning, but also to facilitate the ceremonies, develop team contracts, guidelines and practices for how we should work within the team.
● Proactively work with the team to help the team identify and suggest improvements around the test work.
● Suggest improvements in our agile way of working in collaboration with the team and build a network of Scrum Masters in the train to collaborate and develop with.
● Dialogue with the personnel manager and close to RTE for the train that drives the whole around working methods in the form of a SAFe train.
Who you are:
● Experienced Scrum Master and have solid experience of lean agile leadership and lean agile methods.
● Adaptable with a strong focus on supporting the team and helping them reach set goals.
● Have a lean agile mindset and coaching approach and enjoy working with people in change.
● Several years of experience in coaching agile teams and individuals as well as knowledge and experience of change management.
● Good knowledge of the lean agile way of working and can justify its principles through your experiences.
● Used to proactively supporting both teams and individuals in teams when it comes to, for example, workload and well-being and you are a good obstacle clearer.
● Technical background, and a solid knowledge of system development work, and SAFe.
