Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is experienced in developing next generation of complex Body Controllers and software integration infrastructure.

What you'll do:
● Lead team efforts in continuous improvement by helping the team in retrospectives and take responsibility for their improvement actions.
● Enable clarity in prioritization and ensure transparency of team progress, releases and achievements across the organization as well as facilitating measurement of results.
● Support the Product Owners in their efforts to manage the backlog with respect to priorities and scope.
● Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters of the other teams in the product to jointly support the agile journey of the products and cluster.
● Support the team develop techniques for work breakdown, estimating, planning and follow-up.
Who you are:
● Have previous documented experience from working as a Scrum Master or as a hardware/software task leader in an agile environment.
● Have interest in the latest technological developments in the field and driven by an ambition to deliver solutions that are at the forefront.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Ability to self-identify what needs to be done, work without clear assignments and plan so that results can be delivered within given time frames.
● Have experience from all project phases, from concept to industrialization and launch.
