Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master and System Developer who is experienced in developing next generation of complex Body Controllers and software integration infrastructure.

What you'll do:
● Coaches and leads the team within the decision-making time and budget framework according to the agency's agile principles.
● Develops and implements software solutions within specified time and budget as well as according to set requirements, design and architecture.
● Documenting implemented functionality and implement internal and external integration of systems.
● Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters of the other teams in the product to jointly support the agile journey of the products and cluster.
● Support the team develop techniques for work breakdown, estimating, planning and follow-up.
Who you are:
● 5+ years of experience in test-based development for device/integration testing based on frameworks such as Junit, JBehave or equivalent.
● Have interest in the latest technological developments in the field and driven by an ambition to deliver solutions that are at the forefront.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Ability to self-identify what needs to be done, work without clear assignments and plan so that results can be delivered within given time frames.
● Have experience from all project phases, from concept to industrialization and launch.
