Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is experienced in testing and quality assurance, including creating and executing test plans and debugging and troubleshooting issues.

What you'll do:
● Work with delivery execution within the ICoE product teams, while coaching the team and people in all aspects of agile ways of working and mind-set.
● Enable clarity in prioritization and ensure transparency of team progress, releases and achievements across the organization as well as facilitating measurement of results.
● Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
● Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters of the other teams in the product to jointly support the agile journey of the products and cluster.
● Contribute to the development work within the team such as software development, databases, tests, or other aspects of life cycle management.
Who you are:
● Have experience in system development, requirements management and or test management (.Net, the teams work in CI/CD).
● Good experience of collaborating with other scrum masters to further develop an organization's working methods.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration within the development team.
● Experience in testing and quality assurance, including creating and executing test plans and debugging and troubleshooting issues.
● Be analytical, responsible and can work towards set goals and achieve them.
