What we offer
We are a Shared Service within Solution & Architect Team and Vehicle Tophat. Together with our colleagues in the different ARTs, we are working in an agile environment, bringing new challenges to our daily work as well as a lot of possibilities. We as a Shared Service are responsible for developing all interior Surface Materials in our cars, such as textiles, tricot plastic, colors, foil, and decors. We are responsible for strategic work as well as implementation in the different car programs, and we are responsible for all phases of the development, i.e., annual work, advanced engineering, concept development, industrialization, quality, and cost reduction. We work in an X-functional work process together with Design, the developing teams, and our suppliers. We are responsible for ensuring that our materials are producible and fulfils all necessary requirements and testing.

To join us in our work, we are now looking for a Scrum Master (ScM) to both our teams, Strategic and Implementation.

What you’ll do 
As Scrum Master within Surface Material, you will work closely with our team members to support them in their daily work and remove any obstacles. Your main tasks will be to secure the deliveries of our teams, support our team members in their daily work, continuously work with coaching the Scrum teams, refining the teams’ processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Product Owners, Group Manager, and other people with interface to the teams, as well as be a part of the Scrum Master Community to share experience, ideas, and contribute to drive change throughout the whole department. 

Who you are 
To thrive in this role, we believe that you have a university degree, preferably within material science/engineering, or relevant work-life experience from the technical field. Preferably, you have previous experience from working as a Scrum Master as well as knowledge of or experience from working in an agile environment. As you will be a driving force and key player in the daily work, it is highly beneficial if you have experience from working with surface materials. We believe that you have a genuine interest in team dynamics and agile development. In addition, since you will be working in a global setting, we see that you are fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Competence and experience are important, but personality is key! As a member in our team, you are motivated and self-propelled with a high level of curiosity for people but also technologies within surface materials. You have a high level of communication and presentation skills and you inspire the people around you. You are a collaborator with a drive and an ability to challenge and take initiatives. For you, deadlines are actually deadlines and you take pride in delivering on time. We are looking for a person with good sense of humor, who is communicative and a great team player. You are self-motivated and always strive for future development and challenges.
