Scrum Master / Test Engineer to Modis!

Are you an engineer with a degree in computer science, electronics or equivalent? Modis are looking for a Scrum Master / Test Engineer for an exciting role at a world leading, international customer.

About the role

As a consultant at Modis you will get the opportunity to work with both large and small organizations and assignments. In this role as a Scrum Master / Test Engineer, you will be on an assignment at an industry leader, working with cutting edge technology.

Your time will be shared 50/50 between the roles as Scrum Master and Test Engineer. The team you will join are responsible of verification and validation of physical machines to ensure that they will behave and perform as designed.

You will help building, growing, maturing and optimizing the Scrum team, participate and contribute in retrospective meetings, spring reviews and more.

About you

If you are a passionate team player with the drive to deliver great results, you will fit perfectly for this role.

We believe that you have a degree in computer science, electronics or equivalent with at least a few years´ experience.

You have

• Strong understanding of Scrum/Kanban and the ability to align Scrum methodology to existing Kanban planning.
• Knowledge in Jira/Confluence, CAN, Linux and/or Python.
• Experience from agile methods and verification, validation and testing, preferably in the automotive industry.

We put strong emphasis on personal qualities and we believe you are target-driven and structured with strong analytical skills and a curious mind. Excellent communication skills and ability perform under pressure are also appreciated qualities.

Fluency in English, written and oral, is a requirement and Swedish is beneficial.
