Description

The client is looking for a driven scrum master who is interested to work closely with a scrum team to drive change and delivery value to the client's stakeholders.

You will lead and coordinate the client's agile development teams, which has the ownership of systems that are used to perform accounting and reconciliation. The data is then used for reporting to internal and external stakeholders. You will work in an Agile team located in Stockholm and closely collaborating cross teams. Cross collaboration and interaction with other teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are the essence of our daily work.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Coaching the team and challenge unclarified
- Work closely with the business side to create understanding for the requirements
- Refine the team’s backlog and report status to stakeholders
- Remove impediments for the team
- Provide input on the department Way of Working


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Are self-driven and engaged
- Have strong communication skills and leadership abilities
- Are structured and committed to creating transparency
- Either worked as a developer for a few years and want to combine the Scrum Master role with development and/or testing, or comes from the business side and wants to combine the Scrum Master role with learning the flow of data within the bank
- Are fluent in both written and spoken English
