Are you driven by finding solutions that accomplish business requirements? Do you have experience from working in a data acquisition domain, and are you familiar with agile development process? Then the role as Scrum Master in our Data Sourcing team could be your next step.
The position we offer
In the Data Sourcing team, within Group Functions IT, we are responsible for gathering data from all over the bank to be collected in our Common Data Warehouse. As part of this team you will be a central point for coordinating activities within the development process, where you lead the Data Sourcing team and set standards for the development.
You:
- Take the scrum master responsibilities, run daily meetings and manage the Kanban board.
- Follow work-in-progress and act as a data sourcing Subject Matter Expert and spokesperson.
- Support in application management, especially in aspects of deployment and release management.
- Can be involved in test phase of development activities on demand, especially when it comes to incident management.
- Define SLAs with business and data sourcing providers.
In the role you will coordinate with business partners, as well as your IT counterparts. You will also support and act as a sparring partner to program/project manager.
The position is located in Stockholm. A certain level of travel can be expected as the role and responsibilities are Nordic.
The qualifications you need
We believe that you are acknowledged for your strong commitment, drive and your ability to find good solutions to accomplish business requirements. You are motivated by having several projects in parallel and are open to work cross-border/cross-cultures within a global environment.
You have coordination and technical skills, combined with experience from working with incident management close to a business organisation. Basic understanding of a big data / data warehousing architecture and terminologies is a must.
You:
- Have experience in agile development.
- Have experience in system development (back-end and/or mainframe applications).
- Have experience in COBOL / SQL / TWS / JCL programming.
- Have at least a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
It will be considered an advantage if you also:
- Have experience on BI and Big data technologies.
- Have experience of working in a multi-location, multi-provider, and multi-cultural IT sourcing environment.
- Have experience in banking or financial services data flows and integration of transactional data.
