Scrum Master
The Technology Services Europe & Oceania team is a diverse team supporting the business in Europe & Oceania and welcome those who are interested in pursuing opportunities in IT & Digital.
This role will mainly focus on being a scrum master in various projects. This role will work closely with solution architects, developers, and business product owners and lead scrum ceremonies. We are looking for a person who also enjoys project management as well has business acumen in either logistics services or shipping services or both!
Scrum Master:
The Scrum Master guides teams to a culture of focus, improving the organization of their work through sprint planning and reviews throughout a project life cycle. Oversees and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals. Guides departments and teams towards cross-functional orientation by serving as an Agile consultant, helping plan and coordinate new workflows and patterns and scheduling of task assignments and goals. Continually monitor progress of team members across department boundaries and provide support to engage employees to achieve goals. Form partnerships across departments to streamline work processes and improve the speed at which the company can respond to and capitalize on opportunities. Teach the concepts of task definition, velocity and burndown metrics to all staff. Ensure JIRA is correctly utilized and identify and prepare relevant KPI’s. Ensure assigned portfolio teams have transitioned to agile scrum methodologies.
Skill Requirements:
- Analytical, structured and organized
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Self-driven and proactive – you need to be able to push projects along and ensure everyone is with you
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- System and computer literate
- Strong interest in technology and digitalization
- Experience of working with processes, process improvement and passionate about working with and improving processes
- Project management experience is merited
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Contract: Local
Travel: Occasional travel is to be expected with this role.
