In your work as Scrum Master, you will work according to SAFe and SCRUM in development, management and problem solving.

What are you going to do?

- Lead one or more Scrum teams
- Support continuous improvement and remove impediments.
- Spread knowledge in agile way of working, not only on team level but also towards business and other parts of our organization
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and workshops
- Create a good working climate around motivated team members and psychological safety
- Create a culture where you share knowledge within the team 


Who are you?

You will also be part of our growing Agile network where you will meet like-minded people and be able to exchange experiences and tips and grow in your profession.

Although a great focus is on your personality, we would like you to have the following competencies:

- A few years of experience in the role of Scrum Master
- Certification as Scrum Master
- Relevant academic background from college or university
- Competence in agile methods and agile framework SCRUM and SAFe
- Good knowledge of LEAN, Kanban, XP and DevOps
- Good communication skills both orally and in writing, both in Swedish and English
- Knowledge of Jira, MS Azure DevOps or similar tools.
