ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Scrum Master in Data assurance, you will play a key role in guiding the development team, to work smoothly according to SAFe. Together with your team, you will work with maintenance and improvement of the team´s working methods according to agile principles. You will collaborate with product owners and other Scrum Masters to ensure collaboration between teams and deliveries. Team Data Assurance works to enable high quality customer data. As a Scrum Master in that team, it contributes to the work of essential services for the community. YOUR TEAM AND WORKPLACE

You will belong to the Customer Lifecycle Management department and the Data Assurance team that ensures that SEB´s customer data is of high quality. You would be joining a self-sufficient development team to accompany on the journey of building next generation of master data and quality management solutions. YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a person who has knowledge and passion for agile values and principles. You have previously worked as a Scrum Master or in roles such as test manager or project manager. If you have the right personality, way of thinking and the will to develop in the role of Scrum Master, it can be a good match even though you have not had time to gain long experience in the role. As you will be a central point in the team and have broad contact areas within the bank, it is important that you are structured, communicative and communicate fluently in Swedish and English. You are solution-oriented and strive to achieve transparency in all things. In addition, you do not shy away from conflicts and know the value of perseverance in order to reach goals.
