To meet Scania´s digitalization goals to become a data-driven company we need to strengthen our team with a Scrum Master.

What you get to do 

You are a leader that owns and defines the agile ways of working and enables teams through teaching Agile principles and practices, coaching with powerful questions, and guiding team development. You facilitate the team's progress toward goals and keeping the team focused and motivated. You eliminate impediments, lead team efforts in continuous improvement and coordinate with other teams.  



Are you the right Scrum Master for us? 

You like taking initiative to form new work relations and win the respect of others by being confident and put forward arguments and transparency. You set high goals and work hard to reach them and can quickly think of solutions to problems and conflicts. We hope you have a university degree and an understanding of change management. Other than that you need the following:  


• 2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or similar agile leadership role 
• understanding of the software development lifecycle 
• fluent in English
