Do you have previous experience working as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager and are ready for the next step? Are you a person who takes ownership, is curious, and well-organized? Then we think that you are a perfect fit for the role of Scrum master at Sweco AB!
What will you do?
As a Scum Master at Sweco IT, you will be a part of the team called Application Development. This team consists of 16 people split into three different sub-teams. Their task is to develop internal applications and digital services for different stakeholders at Sweco. You will help the teams drive the development forward and have an impact on their agile ways of working for the best possible fit into Swecos IT organization.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Making sure the team follows agile principles and helping them prioritize.
- Communicate with different stakeholders within Sweco, helping the teams adhere to deadlines, write user stories, and actively work the backlogs.
- Lead and coach the teams in self-organizing and continuous development.
- Function as a moderator among the team members, building bridges and closing gaps - contributing to honesty and transparency.
Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in the role of Scrum Master you should have:
- A University degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematical Analysis, Engineering, etc.
- Work experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager
- Experience in collaborating closely with developers and a basic understanding of code
- Fluent in English - speech, and text
We are extra interested if you have experience working with Azure DevOps and have a certification in agile development, scum master, product ownership, etc.
As a person, you take ownership of your work, are curious, and thrive in an environment where you are required to drive your own work forward. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and like to collaborate with others. Lastly, we believe that you are structured in the way you work.
