- Ensure alignment with Swedbank central release process.

What is needed in this role:
- Proven experience of SAFe and the role as a Scrum Master
- Passionate and inspiring leadership
- Responsibility and accountability
- Strong communications skills and fluency in English and Swedish
- Relevant University degree and/or equivalent competence
