Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Do you want to join our newly started VCT setting as a Scrum Master working in an agile way? Do you want to be part of our journey in electrification within people's transport?
At the Bus department, specifically within Powertrain and Cooling, RBN, we are now looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our newly created cross-functional teams. we are in a transformation towards a more agile way of working which will mean that you will have a lot of responsibility together with other scrum masters within our newly started VCT setting these processes, both short and long term.
Your responsibilities
You will work as a Scrum Master with one of our development teams and together, with the product owner, you work to meet the needs of users, focusing on the team and flow.
Today we have five scrum masters who work on adapting the existing process to more agile methods, looking at automation where possible and supporting the teams into becoming self-organizing. It is primarily in these areas that we want to continue to develop together with our development teams.
Your profile
You are probably working as a Scrum Master or object leader. You are good at communicating and habitually are looking to improve work processes and methods to continually help the team to effectively meet our customer’s needs. You are brave and enthusiastic and you do not hesitate to help the team eliminate what prevents them from reaching goals.
In addition, we believe you are a people person, you are engaged and love to inspire and motivate your colleagues.
