What are we doing?
The Infotainment department, within the Connected Experience product stream, is responsible for the development and enabling of Volvo Cars' Infotainment system. As the first Car company, Volvo Cars teamed up with Google and develop a system together, which re-thinks the nature of car infotainment, defined by a user-friendly interface and unparalleled connectivity. A true success! We work with the latest technologies to reach future characteristics and requirements in a very exciting field. To ensure adaptability and flexibility we work in an agile environment, and we put quality on top of our priorities.

What’s in it for you?
You will join an organization working at the forefront of infotainment, with a solution based on Android running in our cars, a pioneering product developed in close collaboration with Google. As a Scrum Master (ScM) you will be coaching the teams towards increasing team maturity, empowerment, and value-flow. The ScM will work in close collaboration, as a trinity, with the product owner and team manager. This team will help each other and define a work package, to flexibly utilize all the capacity and knowledge of the trinity team. 

You and your skills
You have a passion for coaching & building teams and as a servant leader, you support the team with their needs keeping the ownership in the team. We believe that you are an experienced Scrum Master who has previously coached software engineering or system teams to become high-performing. You have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, as well as, experience in cross-functional collaboration, large-scale system design, and hands-on software development. Familiarity with SAFe and previous work as Jira administrator would also be beneficial for this position.
