Who are we?
Visibility Functions team within Exterior Systems ART and Vehicle Top-Hat Solution, have the functional, system, and software responsibility for washer, wiper, defrost, and cleaning of sensors, cameras, lights, and windows. Additionally, the team has the same responsibility for rearview systems, like the rear-view mirrors and camera-based systems.
What will you do?
In your role as Scrum Master for the product team Visibility Functions, you are responsible for providing a continuous flow of high-quality customer value. This includes planning, preparation, and execution of PI-planning events, as well as related dependencies, risk management, impediments, “scrum of scrums” and retrospective. You will work in close collaboration with the team, product owner, team manager, and other stakeholders.
As the ScM, your main responsibility will be to assist the team in delivering value to the larger ART/system. You will get your energy from building strong teams through facilitation and coaching, being curious by nature finding the best working practices, constantly striving, and challenging your team to continuously improve. You are happy to share your best practices and equally happy to learn from others.
Do you fit the profile?
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a university degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent, and at least 3 years of relevant work-life experience in the development of complex embedded systems. Of course, it would also be beneficial if you have the knowledge and/or have been working in Agile/SAFe development and framework before. In addition, since you will work in a global setting, we expect you to be fluent in English.

• Experience in the automotive sector and exterior systems
• Experience in SW/CI development
• Experience as Scrum Master
