Data Driven Service & Software is responsible for making life less complicated for consumers by providing efficient, desired, and sustainable technical solutions and concepts for our service providers. This responsibility goes all the way from product creation to implementation in the markets.

We are looking for two Scrum Masters within our ART. One will be working in Fault Tracing and Connectivity Area and the other will be working in the Diagnostic and Wire Diagram Editorial Area.
What you will do
As a Scrum Master, you will
• Act as a servant leader, coaching the teams using agile methodologies according to SAFe with focus on flow, and take lead in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist the execution, feature/capability completion tracking and report status. Your goal is to see to that the team operate and deliver as an effective “team on the train”.
• Work closely with the team, Product Owners and with the line management.
• Facilitate most team meetings like the daily stand-up, iteration-planning, demo, and retrospective. You will also collaborate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to learn and improve your profession.
• Work closely with the RTE and the other Scrum Masters within the ART to help develop the organization and the agile way of working.
You and your skills
You have minimum a bachelor’s degree within engineering or equal and at least 4 years work-life experience as well as experience from coaching teams.
You are experienced with Agile development and have good understanding of Agile methodologies.
You have skills in issue management tools such as JIRA/Azure Devops and its important to be fluent in English (verbal and writing).
Previous Scrum Master and SAFe framework experience is meritorious.
On a personal level.
You are a strong agile leader with an open mind-set, strong communication skill and can explain complex matters in a simple way.
You are purpose and value oriented, self-driven and professional in your work. See the big picture and often take an outside perspective in dialogues.
You are curious to find new ways of working and continuously improve both product and processes.
