We find the next offering for them by combining insights across industry sectors, digital trends, and data from connected assets.

THE POSITION
We are now looking for a Scrum Master to join our Innovation lab. You will join a small and diverse team of pioneers taking a new service idea towards a commercial solution. Your team will act very much like a small venture within the company and your activities will range from facilitating agile deliveries, helping to remove hinders and foster a high-performing team environment, enabling continuous flow, learning and improvement.

YOUR PROFILE
You have experience working as a Scrum master in DevOps teams. You are at ease with training and coaching the different stakeholders in their agile adoption. You have a passion for what you do and are good at inspiring even from a distance. You drive things forward thanks to your communication skills and get things done.

As a person you are passionate about creating new smart services and ready to contribute with new ideas powered by your interest in new developments and technologies. You have an open mindset, a willingness to explore and you are comfortable with a high level of uncertainty.
