Description

The client is looking for a Scrum Master for one or two Agile Teams. You will drive and help educate the team in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. You will also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

Work tasks:

- Act as a servant leader.
- Facilitates team events.
- Protects the team from external influence.
- Coach the team and help improve their processes.
- Resolves hinders in the way for the team progress.
- Foster adaption of Agile methodologies.
- Supports the PO in preparation and refinement of the backlog for PI-and Iteration planning.
- Works with the RTE to ensure that the train meets its overall PI-Objective and Commitments.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Scrum certification
- SAFe certification
- Team player
- Experience working with Jira and Kendis.
- Experience working with distributed IT teams located in multiple time-zones and in complex environments with onsite-offshore model.
- Strong sense of responsibility and servant leadership mindset.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Native Swedish and fluent in English


Preferred competence and experience:

- Fluent in another Nordic language is an advantage
