Description

The client is looking for a Scrum Master with experience of Jira and TFS. The team at the client work agile using scrum and SAFe as frameworks. A very important part of the work is to strengthen the team in the agile way of working.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experienced Scrum Master that has the ability to in a very limited time be up to speed and act as Scrum Master for the team.
- Experience from working according to SAFe and Scrum.
- Experience from working with Jira and TFS.



Preferred competence and experience:

- Preferably an agile coach or has the experience of being one before.

Preferred personal qualities:

- It is important that you are a people’s person and really has the ability to cooperate both with the team members and stakeholders outside the team.
- You need to be very self-going and be able to drive many issues in parallel.
