Description
As a Scrum Master, you will work with a highly multi-competence product team - consisting of 2D/3D business experts, 3D Artists, Garment Specialists, UX designers, Data Analyst, Full Stack Engineers and Software Engineers - with a focus on embedding technology into the creative design process for transforming how we work at. Your mission is to support the Teams and their Product Owners in constantly improving their way of working and efficiently deliver value for the organization.

Work tasks:
- Coaching the PO on how to be more outcome-oriented and customer-focused when managing the product and product backlog.
- Coaching the team on how to be more autonomous, self-organized, and high-performing.
- Help everyone in the team, or interacting with the team, to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values (teaches, coaches, facilitates).
- Ensuring that the team understands and applies the Agile and DevOps mindset
- Ensuring that the impediments to the team are acted upon
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged.
- Helping the teams understand and effectively conduct Scrum events
- Help the Team break down high level ideas/problems into well-defined and actionable stories
- Keeping the team focused on its mission, if needed shielding the team from interruptions.
- Representing the team in cross-Product Area/Domain alignment meetings and/or other cross-Product Area events.
- Making the team continuously inspect and adapt their product as well as their way of working (e.g., follow up burn-down or cumulative flow diagrams and other KPI: s)
- Following the team's health and actively acting to improve it
- Representing the team in scrum-of-scrums and quarterly planning
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Have several years of experience as a Scrum Master working with large scale change initiatives in complex environments
- Are a natural leader with an interest in both people and technology, with excellent coaching skills and you bring a high level of energy and motivation.
- Have competence within different agile frameworks and supporting tools.
- Great collaboration and communication skills in English
- Have strong problem-solving skills - able to find solutions in complex situations and involve various stakeholders.
Preferred competence and experience:
- Agile-related certification such as CSM or PSM.
- Previous experience in implementing and scaling agile in large development organizations, i.e., Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Prior experience of working with diverse culture and the ability to work beyond cultural barriers.
Preferred personal qualities:
You are curious and passionate about technology. You stay up to date with the latest techniques for product discovery and hypothesis-driven product development and have previous experience in working in a high-paced software delivery setup .
