Scrum Master within Cash Management

- Be a servant leader for a cross functional team in the Group Cash Management Agile Release Train with a mission to ensure that Swedbank’s Cash Management products are market leading and meets the customer’s needs

- Find techniques, coach, and collaborate with the Product Owner and the team for effective product backlog management and product planning to maximize value
- Facilitate agile events and communicate & collaborate with many different teams and stakeholders
- Draw on your background and interest in technology & business processes to help the team to create high value products


What is needed in this role:
- Very good understanding of agile methodology & software development
- Experience from working as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large and transaction intense organisation and in a SAFe environment
- An interest in the Cash Management and Payment area and the ability to understand business stakeholders & users
- Strong coaching and supporting mindset with very good collaboration and communication skills - listen, ask questions, build trust
- As a person you are solution-oriented with a customer-centric mindset and a strong team player. Yet you are self-organized with internal drive and a desire to improve continuously
- Structured and systematic with an interest in details without missing out on the big picture
- Proficient English, spoken & written, in addition, Swedish is a merit
