Role – Senior Consultant
Agile Frameworks – Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
Location – Sweden
Required
• Candidate must have experience in handling Waterfall to Agile transformation program before and anchored the E2E agile transformation in Hitech, and other industries.
• Driving agile change management, establishing Agile Management Office and aligning stakeholder to adopt agile must be part of his experience
• Must have prior experience in coaching multiple distributed scrum teams on agile best practices (Task designing, iteration designing, story writing, Managing backlogs etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in Scrum Master Role and well versed with Agile Scrum Concepts and Practices
• Candidate must have hands on experience in Enterprise Agile tools (e.g. Azure DevOps. Rally, JIRA, KanBanFlow etc.) to manage agile project.
• Ability to drive sessions like Iteration Planning, Story Grooming, and Retrospection, Iteration Review, Agile Metrics Review with Biz and IT.
• Ability to understand current/changing business processes, analyze and participate in defining requirements and coordinating MVP cycles.
• Must be well versed with various agile metrics like burn-down, velocity, CFD, story bump up charts.
• Must understand the agile metrics and should clearly make out inference to connect it to project context and influence management decisions.
• Ability to drive independent discussion and workshops with client in complex agile programs to act as a change agent.
• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills to influence customer decision.
• The candidate should be having Certified Agile Coach from Scrum Alliance.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum,SAFe framework, Extreme Programming and a variety of engineering practices (e.g., TDD, automated testing, emergent design, continuous integration), and Kanban principles, methods, and techniques
• Well versed in a variety of software development, program and project management methodologies and techniques
• Experience establishing and coaching Scrum of Scrums and Product Councils in a multi-team Agile environment
• Agile Lifecycle Management tool expertise-preferably with Rally software
• Ability to manage organizational change initiatives.
• Flexible and resilient; willingness to take initiative to create approaches to complex problems
• Ability to thrive in an environment with a high-degree of change
• Either possesses a background working directly in a technology role or can demonstrate the ability to understand the procedures and challenges of a variety of technology functions involved in the product development life cycle
Skills in pairing with and mentoring more junior scrum masters. Guides teams in the adoption of Agile software development practices (writing user stories, release schedules and integration planning, scrum meetings, business value optimization and capacity planning).
Preferred
• Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing “Scrum of Scrums” or other agile scale up programs.
• Should have more than 4 year of experience in Kanban / XP Agile methodologies
• Exposure towards Supply Chain is a plus.
• Certified Scrum professional (CSP) is desirable and SAFe program Consultant (SPC) certifications is good to have but not mandatory.
