Description

The client is looking for a Scrum Master to one of its teams. The team is responsible for developing and maintaing the payment parts of the client's Internet bank. The team work agile using scrum and SAFe as frameworks.

The client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master that has the ability to in a very limited time be up to speed and act as Scrum Master for the team.
A very important part of the work is to strenghten the team in the agil way of working so you are preferably an agil coach.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Has experience from working according to SAFe and Scrum.
- Experience with Jira and TFS.
- You are a people person and really has the ability to cooperate both with the team members and stakeholders outside the team.
- You need to be very self-going and be able to drive many issues in parallell.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
