Scrum Master/Agile Coach to Sigma Technology Development

Sigma Technology Development are growing! We are now looking for Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches with a servant leadership-mindset to support and empower our customers development teams.
What you will do
As a Scrum master you will drive and organize your teams’ events and support the teams in delivering value to the customer. Your daily work includes coaching and supporting your team in the development, remove impediments to enable the team’s progress and work on building a collaborative, open and honest community. Also, you will be coaching your team/s in all aspects of agile ways of working.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for you with previous experience as Scrum Master/ Agile Coach working within the software embedded area. You need to be able to deal with problems and incidents quickly and collaborate with others to get the resources and support you need. You have a positive attitude towards challenges, you are adaptable, have a great focus on the team and have the ability to create an environment that foster high performing teams.
Basic Qualifications
B.sc or M.Sc within electronics, mechatronics, computer science or equivalent
Previous experience working as a Scrum Master
At least 3 years of experience in electronics development or software development in embedded systems
You can communicate in the English language both verbally and in writing.
