About the job The Lending area is changing, and the Future Lending Process team is leading the way. As part of the FLP team you will be building tomorrows automated lending processes.
You will be responsible for coaching and supporting the cross functional team (CFT) into further adopting and practicing agile ways of working principles. You will play a key role, in supporting the team´s assignment to maximize the value of new investment opportunities, perform lifecycle management and maintenance tasks, while ensuring continuous stability in systems and services. In the role you will act as Scrum master and Business Analyst, divided on 50% in each role, for one out of five CFT´s in the FLP Investment area.
Main activities:
Develop and maintain new automated lending processes for many different types of lending products as part of the overall strategy and delivery road map for the Lending area.
Ensure stable and high-quality deliveries as well as continuous stability of the systems and services managed by the team.
Ensure contribution to problem, incident and crisis management

The CFT´s consists of software engineers (developers and maintenance), business analysts and an APO; everyone with focus on high qualitative deliveries of new development as well as lifecycle handling. We can guarantee a high pace and challenges but most of all – a great deal of fun!

What you need to succeed The ideal candidate has/is:
Deep knowledge and experience in agile way of working
Very good communication skills
Strong coaching and supporting mindset
Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility
Open-minded to learn and teach new techniques and approaches
Software engineering skills
Proficient in oral and written English
A relevant university degree or similar work experience
