Scrum Master/Delivery lead - Vehicle Operations Digital Solution
Are you passionate about merging business processes with IT solutions? Do you possess strong problem-solving, analytical skills, business acumen and Can-do attitude? We are looking for a team member to build and support our vehicle Operational digital platform (ERP).
As IT solution delivery lead you will be responsible for keeping multiple projects on track and ensuring they are completed on time, budget and according to specifications. As a delivery lead you collaborate with Product owner, Solutions Architect, software developer, Project Manager, work package software development Partner and business owner to determine the scope and timeline of the IT solution delivery.

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden and includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.
What you'll do
As a Solution Delivery Lead, you will lead agile delivery teams to design and implement technology solutions for Lynk & Co Business Operations. We count on you to define business requirements, design, develop or configure solutions, analyze business processes, test the solutions, etc. Essentially, we expect you to work with IT team and business operations team across the entire development and implementation cycle.
What you should have
To thrive in this role, you need solid software project delivery experience in agile implementation, and experience with micro-services implementation and dev/ops. If you have previous experience with Automotive order and distribution management ERP Solution / Automotive supply chain, IT solution it’s a plus. English is our company language which means competence to communicate effectively in English is required.
Things are moving fast and can change quickly in our company, so you need to have the ability to respond to changing priorities and take initiatives.
Since the role is highly collaborative you need to have excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication and presentation skills.
In essence the most important criteria are:
- Software project delivery experience in agile implementation
- Experience with microservices implementation process; understanding of API-design patterns and API lifecycle management
- Experience in Java development
- Experience with dev/ops integration in solution implementation.
- Experience with Automotive order and distribution management ERP Solution / Automotive supply chain IT solution will be considered as plus.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant university degree
