Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. The Parts Logistics IT team is now looking for a scrum master/ IT project coordinator to join this exciting journey! You will be in the centre of our journey to bring business critical functionality to a new cloud based solution; driving the transformation to a modern digital ecosystem, working closely with Parts Logistics business. The Scania IT team is closely integrated with the Global Scania IT organisation. The challenge
Your main responsibility is acting as a servant leader and coach for the scrum team. You will ensure that the team is fully functional and productive. This includes that you enable close cooperation across all roles and functions. Next to that you will be responsible for removing impediments, supporting in managing dependencies and risk mitigation. In this role you will be responsible for backlog handling and sprint planning. Other aspects of this job is the project and test management coordination, tight dialogue with business regarding requirements, changes and strategy related topics. You will have a key role bridging between the business needs and IT implementation as well as tightly cooperating with solution architects to support you in your role.
Your talents
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with at least a bachelor's degree and a high interest in systems, technology and IT. You have experience in leading and coaching teams and working with agile methodologies. Experience in logistic processes and applications like S4HANA & PTC products (Servigistics, SPM) can be valuable in this position. You are analytical and structured, a quick learner and you like to participate in a team. You can easily connect with other people and you are an expert in understanding a problem and seeing what is needed to solve it. You speak and write fluent English.
