Arbetsbeskrivning
Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
We are currently going through a transformation towards agile ways of working and at the same time having a high focus on E-mobility projects! Our object leader role is transforming into the scrum master role. You will play an important role in this!
Who are we?
Our section consists of five design groups all working with electrical installation on buses. We create the schematics, electrical cable routings, cable harness drawings and are also installing electrical components in the chassis and bus body. We work with projets concerning bus chassis, bus body, E-mobility, and advanced driver automated support (ADAS), and autonomy.
The role
The scrum master is a servant leader and coach for a cross-functional agile team. The scrum master helps to remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvements. The aim is to build a cross-functional autonomous team that can handle most of their work by themself and the scrum master will have a vital role to secure that. The object leader role is similar to the scrum master role although more of a traditional project leader. We are transitioning from the object leader role to the new scrum master role, and some of our groups have come farther than others. You will help us make this transition as good as possible
Who are you?
We are looking for a humble team player who enjoys and wants to develop in a leading role! You have previous experience as an object leader & scrum master, and in the best of worlds, you have experience in both. You enjoy both learning about agile ways of working, but also to teach and coach your team members and our cross functions about the benefits.
You have an eye for details. You are also good at zooming out and explaining the bigger picture, in order to lead the team in the right direction and to present and acquire the right decisions. You dare to take the lead but can also take a step back and let others take responsibility.
What can we offer you?
A dynamic workplace with varied and challenging work assignments. We focus on a collaborative environment where everyone participates in driving the development forward. As a new employee, you will receive the full backing and support from all team members
Continual improvement and professional development of employees is a priority for us. The further education of employees, via both internal and external courses, is encouraged and supported.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant industry.
Knowledge of product development, preferable from the automotive industry
Experience from the agile way of working, preferable scrum master experience
