About this opportunity
Welcome to the Execution Leaders team in Asset & Wealth Management and Personal Banking.We add value by driving and leading change in a complex IT delivery landscape catering for both agile and traditional change management. The large majority of our delivery use agile method, where we add value by being servant leaders, growing high-performing agile teams. We enable creation of great value to have the relevant solutions for right customers at the right time. As an Execution Leader, you’ll play a valuable role in this process.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading IT delivery teams as a scrum master or project manager with accountability for the team performance, constantly improving ways or working and securing delivery consistent with applicable frameworks and guidelines
* Proactively engage with stakeholders and managing internal/external relationships
* Plan, track progress and manage risks and issues to ensure goals are met on time
* Providing transparency – including clear and accurate metrics
* Create space and feedback for the team to grow
Contribute to and benefit from the Execution Leadership competence dimension thru e.g. communities of practices
In a scrum master assignment you will also: * Lead and guide agile teams as a servant-leader to achieve their goals and deliver value to customers according to the agile process
* Growing agile teams towards self-organization, self-management and a mindset of continuous improvement
Drive agile ceremonies on team level like iteration planning and retrospectives
In a project manager assignment you will also: * Deliver scope according to agreed priorities in a predictable and transparent manner.
* Protect time, cost and scope baselines by applying change management within decision mandates
You’ll join a great team of professional and experienced Execution Leaders, working in assignments across Personal Banking and Asset & Wealth Management. The majority of deliveries are organized according to SAFE and agile methodology. The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
* Required experience and competencies: Minimum two years of experience working in IT delivery organizations, preferably including experience as scrum master, technical lead, test manager or project manager and preferably in the financial sector
* Have excellent communication skills in the English language, both verbal and in writing
* Good understanding of agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT-related field
* Preferred experience and competencies: Experience of effective delivery in organizations distributed across several locations
* Experience of risk and dependency management
* Understanding of QA processes as well as continuous integration and deployment pipelines
* Knowledge of systems development lifecycle, including technology standards and relevant best practices
* Ability to manage solution go-live efforts including release management, roll-out and business implementation activities
* Excellent Swedish verbal and written communication
