Scrum Masters

At Eviture you will work as a consultant in interesting projects at a wide range of clients. We work with some of the most interesting and exciting clients in Sweden and beyond. We have been doing this for 25 years, mostly outside Sweden and are currently establishing ourselves in Sweden again - where we once started.

Some of what you will be doing

We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters with strong servant leadership mindsets.

You love to work with teams and take them to the next level. You will be part of a self-organised and cross-functional team and together you will develop and deliver services to customers. Your daily work will include supporting the team's development, removing impediments for the team’s progress and working on building an open, honest and collaborative mindset within the team. We are not looking for a Scrum manager or an Agile project manager.

In a senior level you will also mentor peers, hold trainings, work as an agile coach on different levels and support development of our client's Way of Working.

Vital skills we expect from you

- English language proficiency
- Academic degree within Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Servant Leadership
- Experience of Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Great communication skills
- Coaching skills

- Experience of Confluence and Jira
