Scrum masters Continuous Integration test for Embedded Systems

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

The Embedded SW development is done completely inhouse at Scania! It is a complex, fast-paced and multi-customer SW development which makes you feel your actions triggers direct improvements and results.  

We are looking for two Scrum masters, one focusing on Continuous Integration Team and one focusing on Test Framework Team. 

Our vision is to enable SW developers with the right test setup, tools and processes, going from specific solutions to a platform with common modular base. This is by understanding Users needs and coming up with the smartest solutions which fits them all. Our Users are all real time systems in a Scania Truck&Bus as well as Scania Powertrain in MAN or Navistar Vehicles.

Your main tasks 


• Lead the team towards meeting customers’ needs 
• Drive the strategic work of Continuous integration/Test framework for our customers 
• Enable a high performing team 
• Coordinate, run Standups and planning meetings 

 Your profile   


• You like working with people, bringing everyone onboard and leading towards a common goal 
• You have work experience in driving a project or subject towards a goal 
• You have experience in leading cross-functional teams 
• You are communicative and like to see the big picture 
• You like to work with strategies and have preferably lead change of some kind and have experience in getting people on board 
• You have an interest in quality assurance and creating the prerequisites for delivering qualified SW to customers 
• You have a university degree in Computer Science/Mechatronics/Electronics or similar experience 
• You have preferably programming skills 
• You are fluent in English and preferably in Swedish

You can understand SW discussions and can drive the discussions forward and have the ability to follow up on issues. You understand the requests from SW & Testing stakeholders and like to visualize solutions and plans to get a common ground. You enjoy working with people and can communicate well the strategy and vision of your goal.
