In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be a servant leader for a cross functional team in the Payment Infrastructure Agile Release Train with a mission to ensure that Swedbank’s payment products are market leading and meets the customer’s needs.
- Inspire and coach your team to self-organization, developed working methods and processes.
- Find techniques, coach, and collaborate with the Product Owner and the team for effective product backlog management and product planning to maximize value.
- Facilitate agile events and communicate & collaborate with many different teams and stakeholders.
- Draw on your background and interest in technology & business processes to help the team to create high value products.
What is needed in this role:
- Good understanding of agile methodology & software development / maintenance and experience from working as a Scrum Master, preferably in a SAFe environment.
- An interest in the payments area and the ability to understand business stakeholders & users.
- Strong coaching and supporting mindset with very good collaboration and communication skills - listen, ask questions, build trust.
- As a person you are solution-oriented with a customer-centric mindset and a strong team player. Yet you are self-organized with internal drive and a desire to improve continuously.
- Structured and systematic with an interest in details without missing out on the big picture.
- Proficient English, spoken & written, in addition, Swedish is a big plus.
