As a Scrum Master/Software Engineer at DigitalRoute you will
Be part of a team, working both as a Scrum Master and as a Software Engineer 50/50
Work in an international company with a global market
Participate in the full product development cycle, from idea generation to getting feedback from end customers
Facilitate all the team’s scrum processes such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
Keep the team focused on delivering with quality while keeping track of the requirements from our Product Owner
Join the weekly Scrum of Scrums and Product Development meetings where we discuss, argue and drive change where it is needed
Work closely with the team, other Scrum Masters and managers with the evolution of our way of working
Work with the team to help grow skillset and improve ways of working
Grow into a stronger Scrum Master and technologist by evolving world beating products that power all different industries and companies
Work with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Redis and Couchbase
Use tools such as IntelliJ, Git and Jenkins
Share your experiences from the trenches regarding code quality, architecture and design
