We are looking for a Scrum Product Owner which will play a central role in the agile way of working and enthusiastically contribute to our agile transformation. We have recently started an initiative, that has the focus of improving our agility and way of working.


Responsibilities
As a Scrum Product Owner, you will lead the development for our software products, together with the Product Manager and System/Software Architect. Important tasks for this position are to manage the product backlog including requirements elicitation and prioritization.
The Scrum Product Owner will provide a customer and product management view of the product to the development teams. You will also channel development issues/recommendations to product management as input for the prioritization of product development path.
You will belong to our engineering department, where you will have the opportunity to build a broad network, having contacts with our product management representatives as well as with internal and external development teams. The development activities are performed by our development teams in Mölnlycke, Linköping and St Petersburg.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you are passionate about driving results and enjoy making prioritizations and quality decisions. Communication is really the key for this position, so communication and collaboration with people needs to come natural for you.
You have a university degree in the field of engineering or equivalent, preferably within software
You have documented experience of developing software
You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach
You are fluently in English, written and spoken, as our business environment is highly international and multi-cultural
It is considered as a strong merit if you have experience in areas like Scrum, requirements elicitation and management, human centered design/UX, software development and work with distributed development teams

You don’t have to know everything about our products from the start but your enthusiasm to learn will compensate that.
