We are now looking for a SDR (Sales Development Representative) Manager to be the first to join and build a successful new SDR team at our office in Stockholm.

To begin with, your responsible is building a high-performing team through recruiting 2 new SDRs, developing and retaining talent.
As the SDR Manager in Hive's Sales & Marketing team, you will work closely with the entire Sales organization and will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Alliance, Customer Success and the Finance and Product teams to continuously create successful cross-functional processes and great team spirit. You will have the mandate to improve and drive initiatives and report directly to Anna Ståhl, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in Stockholm.

Working as a SDR Manager
As a SDR Manager your mainly responsibility is building a new team but also set processes and structures. Since you will be the first SDR Manager at Hive, we empower you to be the leading star as have the field knowledge - we will be the ones asking you questions! ;)
You will...
- Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class Sales talent
- Set structures, processes and goals, for example sales qualified leads (SQLs), revenue generated from meetings, prospecting methods, SDR's Compensation Plan etc.
- Directly manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate qualified meetings with decision makers across the Enterprise business unit key verticals
- Own and drive execution of outbound activity metrics to ensure SDR goal attainment
- Develop and execute new strategies for prospecting and outbound efforts that can be scaled across the SDR team in a number of different segments and verticals
- Work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product teams to provide prospect feedback
- Identify opportunities within sales processes to automate or streamline for Sales team efficiency
- Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
- Build and coach high-performing SDRs to be the next Storyblocks Enterprise Account Executive
Previous Experience
The ideal candidate is a sales leader who has a passion for training, coaching and development. You are a creative problem solver that identifies new and innovative ways to drive growth, and an analytical thinker using data to drive decision making. And, you have experience growing and developing an SDR function.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in SaaS or Tech (direct experience managing a team of SDRs/BDRs)
- 2+ years of business development and pipeline generation experience
- Experience in hiring junior level sales roles in a rapidly growing environment
- Experience developing SDR functions and processes
- A self motivator who isn’t afraid to get into the nitty gritty
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of outbound technology and technique
- Salesforce experience
- Experience working data-driven
It would be a big plus if you have experience working in a start-up/scale-up company.
