Seasoned Partner Manager to top 3 Cloud Technology organisation - Stockholm/Hybrid 
On behalf of our client, a top 3 global Cloud technology organisation, we are now searching for a seasoned Partner Manager in Stockholm. This is a project role that will run for approximately 12 months with start as soon as possible, and end in March 2024. In this role you will get the opportunity to deliver full pieces of partner projects that are integrated into overarching projects, with minimal assistance. Contribute to the identification, creation, negotiation, and implementation of effective business development agreements that drive results. Plan and execute prioritized project work, selecting appropriate methods to achieve project objectives and take initiative to develop goals most effectively.

Job description
The job scope regards that you help develop partner and stakeholder strategy with multiple approaches such as leveraging data on client performance against targets and enabling longer-term opportunities. You identify and recommend new processes, procedures, and methods for sales strategy development and opportunity sizing with foresight to anticipate and address future needs. In the role you own your opportunities and strategic pitches as well as drive activation plans independently. Alongside you plan for and achieve revenue targets expected for the team and furthermore contribute to scoping of customer strategy and managing priorities related to account planning and multi-quarter pipelines. You are skilled to navigate a diverse set of customers from multiple verticals/sub-verticals and you have the ability to proactively develop multiple approaches to pursue and close deals before setbacks occur. You are skilled in leading a key cluster/region initiative by clearly defining scope and OKRs to drive impact outside of the core. At last, you share best practices/sales strategy development, and proactively seek cross-market and global collaboration opportunities.

Your role in the team
You have influence across teams as well as within teams with similar objectives to address customer needs and close deals, bringing a cohesive solution to customers. You further utilize rich relationships, internally as well as externally, while offering support and direction to team members. You are open-minded, driven and a team player!

We expect that you have skills and experience in
Influencing senior stakeholders, lead C-level pitches, and autonomously develop high-impact strategic narratives.
Have deep knowledge of the industry as well as product and technology developments.
Managing primary relationships with partners, acting as a key point of contact for agencies around all key areas (e.g., training, product enhancement, global/regional campaigns).
You have the ability to guide the integration of multiple adjacent opportunity/project goals and objectives.
You assist in support multi-region and cross-product relationships and develop strategy to proactively drive partner growth as well as support inter-connectivity across sales teams, in alignment with business needs and strategies.
You have a strong own drive and help push continuous improvement in sales processes
You exercise comprehensive knowledge of translating client business models/needs into revenue opportunities

Other than that, you strive to become a thought leader of the products and competitive landscape through stretch projects and advanced training (e.g., Sales Mastery Black Belts and 20% Projects) and being perceived as a point of contact (POC) for business and critical areas. You develop strategies and tactics for creating account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and adjust plans as appropriate.

You have a media agency background
You have high prioritization skills
You have high marketing skills
You have a great interest of technology and love to keep up with the latest in the digital world 
You have understanding media planning from agency standpoint
You have experience of the Big Four and are skilled in the Google portfolio 
You are experienced in CPG
You have Account Director background
You are able to dealing with multiple clients and agencies at once (between 1-4 clients)


On top of that you are a structured work ninja that manage to maintain great focus and productivity when jumping between different projects and you have a strong passion for business. Additional Information
The role is a temporary assignment starting immediately and will run for approximately to the end of March 2024, perhaps longer as this is a substitute role for parental leave.
