This is a new position and we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and solving problems. Sounds like you? Working closely alongside developers, product managers and data engineers you will help to build the Lexly experience across our platform and products.
What you’ll do
As a Second Line Support Officer at Lexly you have two primary tasks:
support First Line Support with issues reported by customers that they cannot solve
Act as internal support for the rest of the organization
The issues you will handle are mostly of technical character but could range from trying to help a colleague with a broken web camera to providing statistics for an important sales meeting.
To your help you will have Third Line Support which is our team of developers and data engineers.
The tool you will use is Jira ServiceDesk and all types of issues are logged in Jira ServiceDesk and then managed within the tool.
Who you are
You are service minded and love speaking to and helping people solving problems. You are technically savvy and know your way around the features and setting various operating systems and networking equipment. You understand that Security is instrumental for any modern day company and are well aware what current threats are.
You thrive in a fast paced environment and get your kicks from solving problems, big and small.
In order to be successful in this role you’ll need
A few years of experience with customer support
Knowledge in SQL
Good understanding of programming, networks and security
To be fluent in Swedish and English
