Arbetsbeskrivning
The Embassy of Pakistan in Stockholm announces the vacancy of a full-time Secretary/Receptionist in the Mission.
The tasks of the secretary/ receptionist include:
- Taking/ responding to telephone calls received at the Mission.
- Fixing appointments/meetings of officials of the Embassy and visiting delegations.
- Making routine enquiries on matters relating to government offices, private companies, commercial concerns etc.
- Translation of Swedish texts into English on letters, invitations, invoices/bills etc.
The candidate should have a B.A degree or equivalent work experience, good IT-skills and must be fluent in English and Swedish. The candidate should also be outgoing, flexible and be prepared to work in a multicultural environment.
