Secretary to Chief Financial Officer

Maersk Sverige AB is a subsidiary to the danish A.P Möller-Maersk which is one of the largest liner shipping companies in the world and has more than 70 000 employees in over 125 countries.Our Nordic & Baltic head office is placed in Gothenburg.We are now looking for a qualified secretary to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Gothenburg.The position provides the right candidate with opportunities to develop both personal and professional skills in an international working environment.The position offers a wide range of work tasks and a varied working day where the main responsibilities will be: .Interpretation of legal agreements .Creating reports .Preparation of presentations/material .Planning meetings and travel activities .Handling written correspondence and calendar control .Varying administrative tasks and filing To be a qualified candidate you have a couple of years of experience from qualified secretary/assistant tasks, preferably from law firm or equivalent.A high school exam or equivalent is a minimum demand and higher education is seen as an advantage.Your communication skills in Swedish and English are excellent, both verbally and in writing, and you are familiar with the MS Office package.As a person you are a driven self starter good at taking own initiatives.You have a good sense for details and appreciate a thorough and structured manner of work.We also expect of you to have a professional appearance and a flexible attitude under times with heavy work load.The position is a full time permanent employment.
