CBS is a department within Cytiva that develops and deliver customized hardware and software used in Biopharma manufacturing. The 200 employees are based in Uppsala, Umeå and Shanghai. We are looking for a Section manager based in Uppsala leading our global Life Cycle Management (LCM) team. Do you have a passion for leadership ? Then we would like to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Lead the team of 15 employees, with responsibilities within strategic projects such as Sustainability and Digital, life cycle management of our designs, tools and quality management system, customer questions and complaints and initiating and leading continuous improvements for global CBS
Be a member within the global CBS leadership team
Develop people, organisation, and operating mechanisms
Set the strategy and operational plan for this new department. Responsible for QMS, ways of working and continues improvements for the team.
As we continue to grow ensure common working procedures cross CBS sites

Who you are
Prior experience from leading teams
Experience from Biopharma business within R&D, Supply chain or Quality.
BSc. or equivalent work / industry experience
Great interest in developing people and teams including collaboration and communication
Enjoys working with a broad responsibility from strategic yearlong projects to daily escalations when there are short term priorities needed. Customer satisfaction focused, quality mindset, organized and result oriented.
Fluent in English
